Please work on the following tasks.
(1) What is BCG matrix? Why do we need BCG matrix? How we can use BCG matrix for effective strategic formulation?
(2) How do you categorize various Monsanto's products/services into one of four categories of BCG matrix (Cash Cows, Stars, Question Marks, and Dogs)? Why do you think so? I am looking for your own ideas and logic!
