Research three (3) challenges educational leaders have encountered, and analyze how the leaders responded to them. In addition, please include the following:
• A time in which you or someone else challenged the process, yet were met with resistance by those in leadership or other stakeholders.
• Reflect on what you could have done differently, as well as suggest perhaps a different way that leadership could have addressed your concern.
